Overview

At WOVENREVOLT, we offer a 7-day return policy. However, you must request a return within 7 days of your purchase. Otherwise, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To return a product, you must keep it unused and in the same condition in which you received it. In addition, you must return it in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we may reject your return request.

We do not accept certain types of items. For example, we cannot accept perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Similarly, we do not accept intimate goods, sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Furthermore, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you should not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In some situations, we may issue partial refunds. For instance, we may grant partial refunds for:

  • Books with clear signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or similar media
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it carefully. After that, we send you an email confirming receipt.

Then, we inform you whether we approve or reject your refund. If your refund is approved, we process it immediately. As a result, we apply the credit to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company because refunds sometimes take time to appear. Then, contact your bank since processing times may vary.

Sale Items

We only refund regular-priced items. Unfortunately, we do not refund sale items.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Therefore, if you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at wovenrevolt@gmail.com.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we issue a gift credit once we receive the returned item. However, if the gift was not marked at the time of purchase, we send the refund to the original buyer.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Therefore, shipping costs are non-refundable. If we approve your refund, we deduct the return shipping cost from your total refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
